The "Mentor" should be the submitting club’s primary contact for assistance and answering questions regarding the application, execution, and reporting for a project involving a District funded grant. 
The DGS Chair and members of the District 5580 Grants SubCommittee are also available to answer questions and to assist with the Grant  process as needed.

The Grant Management Seminars are a great resource to learn about the grant process and about conducting successful projects.
