Join us in Minot! | 2019 District Conference
Submitted by: District Conference Planning Committee

Registration is now open for the 2019 District Conference! As the Rotary year comes to an end, club and district efforts culminate in this annual gathering and celebration. The Rotary Clubs of Minot, ND enthusiastically invite you to join us as we explore the conference theme of "Honoring Our Roots. Embracing Our Future."

This year, in addition to the thought provoking speakers and fun-filled special events you expect at District Conference, we are placing special attention on the family of Rotary and are integrating family and youth focused programming as we look to the future leadership of Rotary and our world. Youth attendees will find a mix of interesting activities including their own speakers, service project, and outings.

We are excited to show off the best of Minot, including a keynote message from Clint Romesha, Medal of Honor recipient, sharing his firsthand account of the Battle of Keating, and  his message of how the qualities of leadership and bravery can be found in each of us. You will also hear from Sohpia Hankla, a middle school student and her amazingly positive outlook on living with juvenile diabetes. On Friday night we will showcase Minot's checkered history with a roaring 20's theme party!

Grab a new notebook to fill with ideas and your flapper dress, and don't miss the 2019 District Conference!
