On October 26, the Wilder Foundation is conducting its statewide Homeless Study.  The study occurs every 3 years.  More than 1,000 volunteers at over 400 locations statewide will interview Minnesotans experiencing homelessness on that day, gathering information about their experiences that will be used by policymakers and researchers to better understand the causes and conditions of homelessness and propose solutions that will further accessible, affordable housing options.  In the spirit of the Four-way Test, the study will search for the truth about homelessness in a way that will be fair to all concerned; it will provide an opportunity to build goodwill and better friendships with Wilder, its study partners, other volunteers, and the people experiencing homelessness; and the results of the study will be beneficial to all concerned.
