How to Get Started:
- Log in to ClubCentral: Visit www.rotary.org/clubcentral to get started.
- Edit Your Goals for 2024-25: Select the year and make sure to input your club’s goals for the upcoming year.
- Choose Your Areas of Focus: ClubCentral offers five key areas to choose from:
- Enhance Participant Engagement
- Increase Our Impact
- Expand Our Reach
- Increase Our Ability to Adapt
- All Goals (where you can view all goals set and track your progress)
- Set Specific, Measurable Goals: Within each focus area, you can choose from a variety of predefined goals. Enter your target values and begin tracking your progress throughout the year.
- Adjust as Needed: Life is dynamic! If things change in your club, you can always go back to Club Central and make adjustments to your goals.
