Who: D5580, D5950, D5960 club membership chairs, district membership chairs and committee, district trainers, club presidents.

Where: Centrally located for all 3 districts -  St. Cloud, MN.  Specific site To Be Determined.

Cost: Zero, zip, nada, nil, nothing, free, etc.
