Meet the new inductees at Minot Sunrise. Welcome!
 
 
Kit Christensen
 
I am a mom of a spunky daughter and dogs that loves to hangout with them and my husband, especially if it requires being outdoors. I have followed in my mother's footsteps as a person with too many passions/hobbies and they usually point towards volunteerism. I was the president or participant of various college and grad school clubs, walked dogs for the local shelter in high school, and grew up doing Girl Scouts until middle school. So naturally, I have friends with similar values and intentions which led me to Minot Sunrise. Outside of my Treasurer duties with Minot Sunrise Rotary, I am on the Board of our local curling club, am a Human Resources professional, and love to garden/read/travel/hunt.
 
Krystal Stober
 
I began my journey in Minot when I enrolled at Minot State University in 2010. What started as a college experience quickly turned into something more meaningful—Minot became my home. During my time at Minot State, I met my husband, Cole, and we’ve now been happily married for 12 years. Together, we’re raising two wonderful children who keep us on our toes and remind us every day why community matters.
 
For the past 12 years, I’ve worked as the Collections Supervisor for our local electric cooperative. It’s a role I take great pride in—not just because of the work itself, but because it aligns so closely with the cooperative principles I hold dear. Those values of responsibility, service, and collaboration reflect the way Cole and I were both raised, and they continue to guide our family today.
 
Believing strongly that vibrant communities are built by those who invest in them, I became a proud member of Rotary. I joined to give back, to serve, and to help shape Minot into an even better place to live—not just for my family, but for everyone who calls it home
 
Ben Kramer
 
I was born and raised in Minot. After living in Williston for 7 years, I moved home and was looking to get involved in a service club. Brett Fiddler brought me to the Winterfest Bonspiel and from there I basically joined sunrise rotary. I am an insurance agent for Western Agency, and have been in insurance for 3 years after spending the prior 7 in the midstream natural gas industry. (Ben not pictured).
 

Morgan McIntyre

Morgan McIntyre is a Production Engineer in the oil and gas industry, currently based in North Dakota. Originally from Pennsylvania, Morgan moved to the Bakken after earning her degree in Petroleum and Natural Gas Engineering from Slippery Rock University. She later completed her MBA in Energy Management from the University of Wyoming, combining technical know-how with a strong business perspective.

Morgan works on the front lines of oil production, focused on improving well performance and operational efficiency. Beyond her work in energy, she enjoys being part of the local community, baking in her free time, and exploring the outdoors with her dachshund, Teak.

She’s excited to be part of the Minot Rotary Club and looks forward to connecting with fellow members who are passionate about making a difference.

Kelsey Artz

I earned my undergraduate degree from Minnesota State University Moorhead and completed my doctorate at A.T. Still University. As a student, I was actively involved in several service clubs, which sparked a lasting passion for community involvement. After graduation, I spent a few years focused on building my career, but I continued to look for meaningful ways to give back. Four years later, I found that opportunity through Rotary. The organization’s mission and values aligned perfectly with my own, and it has been a meaningful way to stay engaged in service and work alongside others who are committed to making a positive impact.

 

Cole Stober 

Cole Stober is a Mortgage Banking Officer at Bravera, where he has been serving since February 2024. Previously, he held significant roles at Gate City Bank, including Senior Vice President and Mortgage Loan Officer. Cole's career began in the agricultural sector as a Grain Procurement Merchandiser at CHS Inc. His wife recruited him to the Sunrise Rotary Club, where he actively contributes to community initiatives. Cole and his wife are proud parents of two young children.

Clay Feldner

Clay is a proud resident of Minot, where he lives with his wife, Beth, and their two children. As an (overly) active family, they enjoy staying engaged in the community through their involvement in numerous local organizations. 

Clay is an engineer by trade and works for Hess Corporation as a pipeline project manager. He is actively involved in the Minot Curling Club and API Bakken Chapter, serving on both of their boards. In his free time he enjoys curling in the winter and complaining about his poor golf game in the summer. 

Nick Gray

Nick Gray is the Executive Director at The Y (YMCA) in Minot, North Dakota, a position he has held since June 2023. Prior to this role, he served as the Maintenance Director at the same organization for nearly three years. Nick's career includes experience as an Inside Sales Representative and Technical Service Representative at Rain For Rent. Sunrise has partnered with the Y and his beloved Y's Men organization to support kiddos goign to summer camp in the Minot area. Nick enjoys spending his summers and engaging in activities with his family.
